Dear Worship Folks!
We need YOU to make Freakstock 2012 the Jesus Festival it is supposed to be. To help you make your decision, here is some information that would concern you.
The worship dates are as follows: (each on Thur, Fr and Sat)
Module-Praise(Time: 10:45-11:45)
worship happens simultaneously on 3 or 4 stages to begin the day.
Nightpraise(Time: 00:00 – 1:30)
Last session on Mainstage. Finish the the day together in the presence of the lord.
Fathershouse Service(Time: 20:00 – 22:00)
Join the Fathershouse-team to arrange the service together. Because of the physical conditions (it’s indoors and you might not even have a PA…), there’s only room for a small set-up.
Liturgical worship aka Liturgiegottesdienst(Time: 23:00 – 0:00)
Don’t forget to schedule some time for soundcheck, setting up and stuff.
You’ll have the same status as Staff-Members, this means: entrance fee (around 30 EUR), 3 free meals a day and all you can drink water. But unlike for Band-Members, there’ll be no refund of your travel expenses.
Finally I wanna point out that we’d be very pleased to receive applications from bands outside of the Jesus Freaks movement! Also, we’d be pleased to have unusual, new band projects as well as “traditional” formations, or just one guy / girl + instrument!
What we need from you:
Band description: name, members, formation, instruments
Style of music: MP3, audio sample or a link to your homepage, myspace etc.
History: Where have you been playing before and what is your level of experience on stage?
Why do you worship? What do you love about worship?
What kind of songs do you normally play? (own songs, Jesus-Freak Songs, Hillsongs, traditonals…)
Which dates would you like to apply for? Which ones do you prefer? Which ones are unacceptable?
