Hi there, if you are younger than 18 and want to come to Freakstock you need written permission from your parents. You will also need to have someone who is going to supervise you while you’re at Freakstock.

Click HERE to download a form for your parents to fill out. Please bring a copy of their ID cards as well.

Please keep these documents with you at all times while at Freakstock (in case someone from security personal or the police needs to see them).

If you come to Freakstock with your parents you will not these documents, of course.
