Some say that there are clouds of peace and happiness floating in the sky above the peak of Boxberg and that time comes to a standstill up there. It might be true - at least once every year it seems to be. Whenever Freakstock visitors settle all over the idyllic landscape surrounding the Boxberg legends abound.

But times they are a-changing… After 12 years of Freakstock on Boxberg the time has come to say our parting prayers. Time will come to a standstill at Borgenteich, an old army facility, instead.
